Hullo dear blog readers! [whether you all are existent or not]
It's that time of year again for all those people with little use for their time [I joke, really]
That's right. [cues drumroll]
It's National Novel Writing Month! More commonly referred to as NaNoWriMo! You will have to excuse my lack of updates this round [I know, you all are probably fed up because I hardly posted anything this year, but hey! I'm making effort now!] as I need every ounce of my creative juices to hit the 50,000 word mark.
This year, Aishah, Amanda Khoo, Andrea & I have made a bet. The one who doesn't hit the 50,000 word count buys everyone else lunch. If a situation arises where all of us don't hit the word count, then the one with the least amount of words buys lunch. ^^ What pleasant people we all are, extorting money from our fellow friends~
Also, Happy Deepavali to those celebrating it! :) I'm going for my first deepavali open house tomorrow and I'm pretty psyched. ALSO, tomorrow is my new nephew, Ian's full moon! For those of you who don't know what that means, it's just a day celebrating his first month in this world :) I'm quite anxious to see him.
He is my 3rd nephew of the 5 nieces & nephews I have :) I know I sound old. Haha
