Ok ok, YESTERDAY, as everyone knows, especially Andrea and Aminah, was the Twilight premiere
Actually, I AM too lazy to update so I shall take stuff from Andrea's blog :D

The movie was disappointing, but still enjoyable. The effects were corny, and a little awkward-looking at times, but I guess that's what you get when you're on a tight budget.
But, I still cheered and screamed and clapped throughout the movie. With help from Aminah. :D
I am horrified that they censored the kissing scene! I can't believe Malaysia would do that!!! Grr.
Ok anyway...
Ash & Aishah only arrived to pick me up at like 12.20pm & the show is actually at 12.45pm.
Good thing Ash's mum already picked the tickets up for us beforehand! *worships Ash's mum* We went to fetch Sabby from Lengkok Zaaba. & thank God I knew how to get there (owing to the fact that I lived there up till end of last yr) otherwise we'd hv been 20 mins late. GRR.
Managed to reach 1U in record time. Had to drag Ash, Aishah & Sabby up the escalator. Ash & Aishah were getting the popcorn & drinks, & I just couldn't take it anymore, & I begged them to take my ice lemon tea for me so I could dash into the cinema first.
The ads & trailers had already started, so I fidgeted around impatiently. We got surprisingly good seats, considering that I booked the tickets last min. :P Third from back. Middle. Absolutely perfect.
Ash & Aishah got in before the movie started. Good for them. Ash walked toward us first, so I told her "You hv to either sit next to me, or next to Shu Anne." & she immediately dashed for the seat next to Shu Anne.
Turns out, she's not so eager to sit next to the crazed maniacal Twilighter. :P So Aishah was stuck with me & she was mega-pissed at Ash. Probably afraid I'd jump up in the middle of the movie and start shrieking, in case I embarrass her. :D:D
I was sandwiched in between Manda (the stupid "Team Jake"r) & Aishah (the highly wary "Andrea's baybeh"). XD
Movie started. A lot of voiceovers, which I didn't like. But as Aishah pointed out, the book's told in the first person, so they can't rly help it with the voiceovers. But they could hv lessened it a little.
The plot moved too fast. Bella & Edward were together within like, 20 mins through the movie. & the Biology scenes where Edward's repulsed by Bella were supposed to be intense, but they really disappointed me.
It just moved by so fast, & we barely got the gist of it. I love the humans more than the vampires, in the movie! In the books, I'm with the vampires, of course. But I'm totally Team HUMAN on the movie, man.
Mike is cute. Not "hot HOT", but pretty cute. He's exactly how I imagined Mike Newton when I was reading the book. The car crash scene was awesome. The effects there were good. Not lame like the other CG-ish scenes (like the sparkle).
I may hv squealed and hyperventilated a lot (forgive me Aishah).
LOVE the baseball scene! It's like those cool-ish music videos where everything goes slow-mo, but it still looks fast! :P
& Jackson Rathbone's portrayal of Jasper is so funny! :P Like in the cafeteria scene where Jessica's dishing the dirt on the Cullens to Bella, & Jessica's like "Jasper's the one who always looks like he's in pain."
And the whole cinema just cracked up. :D
Taylor Lautner looked ridiculous with his long black-haired wig. BAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Everyone in the back row (us wild teenagers, that is) started laughing uncontrollably. & I purposely snorted loudly whenever Sharkboy appeared on the screen, just to annoy Manda.
The baddies are cool. ;) I absolutely love Rachelle Lefevre as Victoria. & also Billy Burke as Charlie. I especially love the part where Bella asks Charlie for permission to go out on a date with Edward, & Charlie snapped his gun into place threateningly & tells her to bring him in. :P
& the whole pepper spray thing was hilarious. Like when Edward takes Bella out to prom, & Charlie stops her before going out the door, & mutters to her, "I packed another can of pepper spray in your bag." XD
OH OH! & dun forget when Stephenie gets her cameo!!! *AAAAAHHHHH!!!!*
Aminah & I were cheering and making a lot of noise and going "Stephenie! Stephenie! STEPH!!"
Personally, I think we kinda irritated the members of the audience. :P After the movie, we went to Ms Read for our very late lunch.
I belanja-ed Nura cos she was my "date" & cos the poor sayang was broke. :)
After dinner, Ash & I separated from the group to go get ourselves a Starbucks each. Mmm. Yum. I'm so gonna go broke if I keep getting a Starbucks whenever I go out with my friends.
The others were going back already, so Ash & I just strolled around & she begged me for tips on how to sustain her poor villagers' lives without killing them off with her ineptitude at keeping humans alive. :D It's ok, Ash.
I wanna go for another round of Twilight. :D Who wanna go with me?

Alright, so today Aishah =.= told me that choir practice was at 9. I had to wake up at 7 to take my brother to his school. And then I was like, groggy and grouchy and grumpy and all the other g's that mean that. >:(
Then after 45 minutes in the morning traffic. I reach school at 8.50 to find that NO ONE was there. SO I call up Aishah who is happily munching away at a mamak stall opposite BVII and I was like, "Aishah...there's no one here. Are you SURE you got the correct time?"
Aishah- Yes yes, wait lemme check with Ms. Ann
she calls me back later saying that practice was supposed to be at 10 NOT 9
ARGH! D'OH!!!!
So then I joined her at the mamak with her parents and glared at her throughout her meal.
Choir was small, but nice.
Then Jo and Jo (Joanna and Joanne)
decided to play around since we finished like, half an hour early.
Twas' very enjoyable
After that nothing much. :)
